Should Vending In The Streets Be Made A Major Criminal Offense?
I’m referring to those ingenius street vendors popping up on sidewalks. Not only do they block and occupy walkways, underpass, overpass, and sidewalks which are for pedestrians, they are also eye sores and are a cause of littering.
Sometimes the MMDA go after these people but only after a few hours, they are right back at it. They are many other ways to make a living legally.
It seem the local governments have got nothing on them. They are also registered voters, by the way.
