I’ve got a client who’s trying to create a cashless vending machine for a corporate environment. Using the cell network is too expensive and wireless is unreliable. We’d prefer to hardwire into an existing network in order to send encrypted data over the internet (to verify credit cards). Any advice on how this could/should be done?

There’s nothing but junky foods, like candy, cookies, fruit pies, potato chips, and the like. The healthiest things are Baked! Lay’s Potato Chips, pretzels, Wheatables crackers, and roasted peanuts. - Do offices ever “buy” the machines? Or it is usually rented?
I want to place a vending machine in my building. Should I pay something to my landlord for letting me place the machine on the premises, or should I just offer it as a service. I am new in this.
