Too many , try Slimming World , my wife has tried both diets and found not only has she lost more weight on Slimming World but the food is more tasty and easy to cook , even I can cook it well,and the help and back up(i.e.web site) is fantastic.

too many their a rip off use shapeworks they don’t charge you for standing on the scales cos that is what it adds up two your paying them to tell you that your over weight buy your own scales and save a fortune
