Oh, and that reminds me - I have a woeful tale about a hot drinks vending machine. I put my 35p in, and pressed the button for tea. Out came this disgusting brown water with floaty bits. I went and told the staff at the centre, and they replaced the tea cartridge. I asked for my money back, since the dirty water had put me off drinking tea. She fished around in the machine and handed me 30p, saying that there were no 5p's. This was not true. I had just put 5p in there! AND, what's more, surely I should have got the extra 5p, since I was the one that had had to go through the trauma of a bad cup of tea? OK. That's my story ... Too much … far too much!
