How Much Should A Pay A Location To Allow Me To Place A Vending Machine?
April 25th, 2009 Posted in Información General
I want to place a vending machine in my building. Should I pay something to my landlord for letting me place the machine on the premises, or should I just offer it as a service. I am new in this.
Thanks!

If it is your building no charge. If it is apartments remember to worry about vandalism and securing the machines so they don’t fall on the vandals shaking them to try to get free product.
Offer 5% if you expect it to be a great location maybe 10%.

you mean your landlord of you living complex or of you business??
if its your living complex, ask if you can put it there for free, since times are hard and you need the extra cash for the rent, he might fall for it lol….if he wants a piece of your business, then say comission, whatever you sell, 10% of that..or even less. he’s doing nothing so why should he even get a piece??
if he wants more then $20..NO, ask at stores, markets, offices, hotels, where people shop at, then there you will have to pay some type of rent, but you will be making around $200 a week on every machine.
if its your store landlord $0.00, your already pay rent, he can’t say what you can and can’t sell, only the city can do that.
goodluck and if your around california check out this website, forgot the website but google (video retail store) there based of simy valley CA, and also sell vending machines
goodluck man
