that is NYC number for info, i live in brooklyn.
You will need permits but you can do it on the down low.
I was going to
dont sell the italian ones.The other ones are better and cheaper.
This is what you do,
Get a big block of ice, you can get the ice at a place and they can cut u a chunk for like 3$ or so, some empty wine bottles and put different kool aid flaovors in each and then get cups.. You can sprinkle them on the flavored ices
You can make the ghettto ices , its cheaper , and more people like em and very popular in nyc.
YOu dont need a permit for them. Just put it in a shopping cart with a towel over it and move along the street so the cops dont catch ya
and if they do , your selling water anyways , which you dont need a permit!
right!
