People treat no,I’m too busy juggling 2-3 dogs.Doggie treats again no,they are excited enough,I just want them to sit politely and wait.

‘People food’ and pets don’t mix. Also, if another dog had food, my two would be doing their damndest to get over and ask for some, too. And I would be kind of annoyed.
I don’t think most vets would want that.
You could try leaving your kids at home when you’re taking your dog to the vet.

Actually, that isn’t that bad of an idea. While most vets offer treat jars, not all people are comfortable giving their dogs those type of treats. You could offer bags of holistic treats or safe chews for pets and healthy options for the owners as well.

If I was to buy a dog a treat, I would be assured they are of good quality because they are being sold a vets office. However, vets are not the best in nutrition, but not many know this fact.
I can see people doing it though .. especially if you have an all night clinic. Or you are waiting for results.
Put some healthy stuff in there.

We have a vending machine in the waiting room of our emergency clinic. People use it all the time, because there is frequently a wait while the pet gets testing or treatment done.
I would avoid putting dog treats in one, because there are a lot of reasons that a pet should not eat prior to an exam, and we already have people not pay attention to that rule. So no dog treats in ours.
One of our employees bought a machine for pop, chips and candy, and she makes money for her church youth group. She does ok with it.
