I’ve written these policies with Scottsdale. Of course, you can’t go directly to the company, you have to use an independent agent to shop it out for you - it’s an excess/surplus lines policy.
How much it costs will depend on how many vending machines you have. My client who had 72, it was around $700 a year. Um, that doesn’t meant it should be $10 per machine, because $500 is the minimum premium.
