He’s on such a crazed feeding frenzy that he was actually eaten the chips he wanted and also his arms. I don’t want him to get in trouble if I call 911 because he’s smoked PCP.

Well, he can’t go without medical attention with no arm. If this is true, call 911 right away. He could lose a lot of blood and become anemic. Not good, just make sure.
