well it wasent the addicts that put the vending machine there and i beleive it is supervised
it will cost less in the long run if they do give up a Heroin addiction

One of the points of them being there (being inmates) in the first place is to get them away from drugs
My brother died of a methadone overdose. That stuff kills and is as addictive as heroin
I don’t want to pay for it. Glad the US is not doing this
