Can I Take Possession Of Vending Machine?
We own a hair salon and tanning business. We had a guy bring a vending machine and put in our business, We are not making anything off the machine. He done real well at first keeping it stocked. after a few months …the machine would run out or customers would complain of old food in there.
I called and told him that he needed to come and pick it up……he said ok that it would take a little while. he never come.so i have called him about four times and left messages for him to come and pick it up.that we wanted to do something else in the corner where the machine is. this has been going on for about 3 months….I even offerd to meet him on the weekend and help carry it out to his truck…..Can I take the machine into my possession and sell it?
